How this data is collected and shown

Three data states

Every organisation on this site is in one of three states. 152 have shared a full profile and can be placed at an engagement level today. 68 have a known pillar position from ward sheets or recorded activities, but no full profile — these appear as "Listed, engagement level not yet assessed". 141 are known by name only, shown as "Data pending" in their ward, with an invitation to join.

How engagement level is decided

An organisation appears in a pillar when it ticked that pillar on the questionnaire. Its level in that pillar depends on how many of its listed activities belong to that pillar: High is 3 or more activities, Medium is 2, and Low is 1 or fewer. This measures how broad an organisation's self-reported activity is — it is not a measure of quality or impact, and organisations are never ranked against each other. These thresholds are adjustable by the programme team and may be revised before launch.

Everything here is self-reported

Every figure on this site comes from what organisations told us, cross-checked where possible against ward sheets. Nothing is independently audited. Percentages are always shown with the count behind them, and every data page carries an "as of" date.

What's never published

No private individual's own name, email, phone number or personal photo appears anywhere on this site or in this download — only organisation-level information, and only once the organisation has consented or been confirmed. The one exception an organisation controls itself: it can choose to share a phone number or email as its own public contact point, shown on its profile so people can reach it directly — that's separate from the private details used only to verify a submission. See the Join page for how an organisation can correct or remove its entry.
